  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Contact person name
  • Contact email and phone number

9. Business Customer-Specific Privacy Notes


Business customers acknowledge and consent that:


  • Business contact information may be visible to contractors when staffing services are requested
  • Job postings and staffing requirements may be shared with eligible contractors
  • Authorized representatives are responsible for all account activity under their business account

10. Consent


By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.


Where required, we will seek additional express consent for specific types of sensitive information.

Subject to legal and contractual restrictions, you have the right to:
